Terms
How we operate, what we are responsible for, and what we are not. Short, because the position is simple: we act for you, we never hold your money or the car, and the sale is yours and the seller’s.

- What we are
- CarSourced Group is a private vehicle acquisition service. We source cars against a requirement, we do not hold stock, and we are not a dealer. Any purchase is a contract between you and the seller, not with us. We act for the buyer, not for the seller, sourcing through our own direct channels. We are not a party to the sale, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
- Cars shown as available
- Vehicles listed on this site are not owned or held by us. Available means the owner has confirmed they would sell and we hold the relationship to bring a documented buyer to them. Availability is never guaranteed until the seller confirms it in writing, and a seller may withdraw a vehicle or change terms at any point before signing.
- Who we deal with
- We take enquiries from direct buyers or appointed buyer's mandates. We do not work through broker chains. Where you act for a buyer we require written evidence of your authority before information is released. A letter of intent may be issued in the representative's name or their company's rather than the buyer's, provided it is accompanied by that proof of mandate and confirms any purchase remains subject to the buyer's final approval.
- How information is released
- Specification, provenance, location, photographs and price are released in stages, on terms set by the seller. On most Exclusive vehicles a signed letter of intent is required before full details are shared, and proof of funds where the seller requires it, once a file opens on a specific vehicle. Where you act through an appointed representative we need written authorisation, and any purchase remains subject to your final approval. Proof of funds is evidence of capacity and is never a payment to us.
- Confidentiality and non-circumvention
- Confidentiality and non-circumvention terms apply where stated. You agree not to approach a seller or channel we have brought you to, or their representatives, outside this process. This protects the relationships that make the vehicles reachable at all.
- No guarantee of availability
- We search on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee that a matching vehicle exists, remains available, or is offered at the price you expect.
- Fees
- No fee is charged for sending a brief, or for reviewing or declining what we source. A fee is due only on a completed purchase of a car we sourced. The fee depends on the tier and channel and is confirmed with you in writing before it applies. Payment for the vehicle is always made directly to the seller, never to us. We never hold your funds or the vehicle.
- Your responsibility
- Inspection, authentication, title, legal, tax, finance and import checks on a vehicle are your responsibility and your advisers', not ours. We do not arrange or advise on finance, and we are not a licensed investment or financial adviser.
- Liability
- We are not liable for the condition, history or title of any vehicle sourced, or for a seller failing to honour agreed terms. Our role is sourcing the car and facilitating its acquisition; the transaction itself is between you and the seller.
- Messaging
- Where you contact us by WhatsApp or email, those messages are handled under our privacy policy. Messaging us does not create any obligation on either side until terms are agreed in writing.
- Governing law
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
