What we collect
When you submit a brief, we collect your name, phone or email, and the vehicle details you provide (make, model, year, mileage cap, budget, timeframe, and any notes). On the exclusive tier, further buyer profile details, such as purchasing entity, authorised representative, and intended acquisition structure, are gathered separately as part of the letter of intent, not through this form.
What it’s used for
Solely to process your enquiry: matching your brief against our network, contacting you about candidate vehicles, and, on the exclusive tier, preparing the letter of intent and progressing a deal you’ve agreed to pursue. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for marketing you haven’t asked for.
Who we share it with
Only what’s necessary to fulfil your enquiry: our sourcing network, and, once you’ve confirmed interest in a specific vehicle, the seller or their authorised representative. We don’t share your details with any seller before that point.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting transaction, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is sooner.
Your rights
